• Voucher is valid from Fri 14 Aug 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 Dec 2020 - Sun 25 Apr, 29 May and 28 Aug 2021.
• Vouchers must be booked by Fri 13 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: Classic king room available.
• Option 2: Executive king room available.
• Twin rooms are available upon request with limited availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Executive lounge access may be limited to 90minutes per stay due to Covid-19 restrictions. Feature complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks with beer, wine and spirits 5pm - 10.30pm. Includes free internet access and wireless Bluetooth printing facilities.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Upgrade to include a 3 course dinner from the market menu in Windows Restaurant for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; please discuss directly with hotel. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Parking is available off site at £12.50 for 24 hours; please discuss directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
