Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 24 Aug until Thu 16 Nov 2023, 7 days 6pm - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 10 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes 2 or 3 course from the Prix Fixe menu; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £1.50 is required for “Le Fromage” slate and £8 for rump steak; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• On street Pay & Display parking available.
• Children permitted until 11pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
