• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Dec 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; treatments: 10am - 6pm; lunch: 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2020 and 14 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a 25 min back, neck and shoulder massage and a 25 min taster Elemis facial each. Facial may be substituted for a 30-minute Indian head massage.
• Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.
• Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment. Latecomers may not be able to get full treatment and it is up to the therapist discretion what can be carried out in the time left.
• Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.
• Pregnant clients will need to call in advance to check if availability for pregnancy massage.
• Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of 1 year.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes full access to the leisure facilities consisting of 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 2 spa pool and an indoor heated 20 metre swimming pool. Leisure faculties will be open subject to Government guidelines. 
• Hire of robes and slippers is £10 per person.
• Includes a £10 per person allowance towards food menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant of dietary requirements at time of booking.
• Tables are required back within 1 hr 30 mins.
• Maximum of 6 people per table.
• Wheelchair access is available; however please note that there are no disabled facilities.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
