• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020; valid 7 days subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2019, 1 - 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: club room £10, exec room £15, suite £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes breakfast buffet with cooked and continental options. Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £10pn for ages 1 - 5 and £15 for ages 6 - 12 £15pn; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
