• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Thu - Sun 11.30am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Mon - Wed and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Includes glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table may be required back after 1.5 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
