• Options 1 & 2: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon – Fri 9am – 10pm, Sat – Sun 9am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays & Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Includes access to gym, indoor pool, steam room and sauna.
• Options 1 & 2:  Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Option 3: Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. Choice of treatment from: Ishga invigorating massage, face and body sensation or anti-ageing facial or an Oskia glow facial. Massage can be tailored for pregnant woman after 12 weeks. Facial is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Treatments suitable 3 - 6 months after major surgery. Any broken bones must be healed before treatments.

• Wheelchair access available. Please advise any requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
