• Option 1 voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan and 11 – 24 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard non lake view.
• Option 2 includes cream tea and a £15 food voucher between two and can be used towards a 3 or 5 course evening meal only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes access to the Lakeview Spa including sauna, steam room, outdoor vitality spa pool in scented garden and 40ft indoor pool.
• Option 2 includes a 10% discount on any spa treatments; please discuss directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
