• Voucher is valid until Fri 29 Sept 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.  
• Courtyard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a castle feature room for a supplementary charge from £50 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea and must be taken at 3pm - includes tea & scones served with butter, fruit jam & local clotted cream; subject to change.
• Breakfast is served between 7am - 10am.
• Includes a 10% discount for members who book dinner in Black Knight Restaurant in the evening; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• A child minder can be arranged with the hotel; please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
