• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri, treatments available 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Spa is open 6.30am – 9.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays and 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays and Sundays bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Please note; Sundays and evening availability is limited; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Max of 8 per group.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 16s only.
• Groups permitted: group bookings can also be made during evenings; subject to availability, please discus directly with spa.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Consultation will be undertaken prior to treatments; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes Elemis hands-on touch facial plus a choice of either a freestyle deep tissue massage or deeper than deep hot stone massage.
• Treatment cannot be substituted for another treatment.
• Duration: approx 55 mins plus consultation.
• Includes access to spa facilities for up to 4 hours before or after treatments.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes robe and slippers to use whilst at the venue.
• Limited wheelchair access available; no access to studio or gym and no hoist in pool; please discuss when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
