• Voucher is valid until 31st Jan 2016; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 24th-26th, 29th-31st Dec 2015, 1st & 8th Jan 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 20th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• £30 supplement per room for Saturday night stays.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max. 2 vouchers per member and can be used for consecutive night stays; subject to availability.
• Dinner includes 3 courses of the table d'hote menu or members have the option to order off the main menu which includes a £25 allowance per person. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten/wheat-free options available, please discuss at time of booking.
• Classic double/twin.
• Children permitted. under 5s stay free, £25 per child aged 5-12 years - includes dinner & breakfast. A separate children’s dinner menu applies.
• Max 1 child per room - if more than 1 child members must upgrade to a Family room at a supplement of £20prpn - please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• Check-In 2pm / Check-out 11am.
• Includes use of spa & gym facilities.
• Room upgrades available: Executive Room £20prpn or a Feature room is £40prpn - please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• 24 secure valet parking spaces are available at £25 per overnight stay - must be pre-booked and subject to availability.
• Stay be extended by a night for a supplementary charge - please discuss with hotel at time of booking.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
