• Mon - Fri options: Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2024 until Fri 29 Mar 2024, Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun and 9, 14 & 16 Feb 2024.
• Sun options: Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Jan 2024 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, Sun only 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Sat and 11 & 18 Feb and 10 Mar 2024.
• General: 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if advised at time of booking.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it's been 12 months since their last treatment.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes with an optional 25 minute massage.
• 55 min treatment includes choice of facial or Elemis couture touch. Full body massage not included.
• Includes full leisure access.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
