• Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat, 25-26 Dec 2022 and 1 Jan 2023.
• Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan 2023 until Fri 17 Mar 2023. Excludes Sun - Thu, 11 & 18 Feb 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double, king or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes leisure access.
• Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per child (aged 3 - 12). Over 12s are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
