Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; please contact spa directly to discuss.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any specific health concerns with the spa directly.
• Treatment duration: 2 x 25min treatments per person. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 2 hours access to spa and leisure facilities: gym and fitness suite, over 30 fitness classes, squash court, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa pool; subject to availability.
• Please note that swimming lessons and classes take place regularly and can be noisy; please discuss directly when booking for timetables.
• Lunch may be booked with the hotel and served in the bar; please discuss with hotel directly.
• The hotel is currently under refurbishment with internal works due to commence in January and every effort will be made to ensure this does not affect guests. Please contact the hotel directly if you have any concerns.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
