• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Sept 2018 until Fri 30 Nov 2018, 7 days, 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Includes 2 course lunch, choice of starter and main; spa menu is subject to change. Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Lunch is served 12noon - 2.30pm only.
• Treatment duration: 1 x 55 minute and 1 x 25 minute Elemis treatment each.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability - please discuss directly with hotel.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any specific health concerns with the spa directly
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Includes 2 hours access to spa and leisure facilities: gym and fitness suite, over 30 fitness classes, squash court, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa pool. 
• Please note that swimming lessons and classes take place regularly and can be noisy; please discuss directly when booking for timetables.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
