Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Jan 2018 until Fri 23 Feb 2018, Fri only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays – Thursdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge and members will receive a 25% discount of the Best Available Rate; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter up to £8 and a main course up to £16 each from the Collage Restaurant menu only; subject to change. Supplementary charges apply to higher priced dishes; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 2 includes a 175ml glass of red or white house wine each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max 1 child permitted; ages 2 and under stay free with cots available on request, ages 3 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £20; upon advance request and subject to availability; payable directly to hotel. Children’s meals are payable separately; please discuss with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
