• Lunch voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Mon – Sat 12noon – 2pm (last booking); subject to availability. Excludes Sundays as well as 8 - 18 Jan, 11 - 14 Feb and 25 Mar 2017.
• DBB vouchers are valid from Tue 3 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 8 - 18 Jan, 11 - 14 Feb and 25 Mar 2017. £35 per room per night supplement for Friday or Saturday night stays.
• Advance booking required. Lunch voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2017 and DBB voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person.
• Lunch:
• Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Choose a starter and main course each.
• Lunch menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Table required back by 3.30pm.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Children are permitted.
• Sorry, no pets permitted except guide dogs.
• DBB:
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Superior room £30, Turret room £60 or Suite £90; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability, please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £35 dinner allowance per person and can be chosen from the à la carte menu, dinner will be served in The Terrace Restaurant.
• À la carte menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.

• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible; no disabled access rooms available.
• Children permitted; under 2's stay free of charge (cot hire £10), up to 12 years at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night B&B in extra bed; payable directly to hotel. Max 2 children. All further meals are to be charged as taken.  
• Dogs permitted (max 2) for a £10 per dog per night supplement. Please note hotel has limited dog friendly accommodation; please discuss at time of booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
