• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 May 2018 until Fri 13 Jul 2018, Sun - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability and a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel. Book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Excludes Saturdays and 27 May – 3 Jun 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 21 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Duration: approx. 60 mins: 50mins treatment time and 10mins consultation.
• Members must be over 14 weeks pregnant before any massage treatments can be carried out. Suitable oils can be used for those who are currently breastfeeding, please discuss with Slaley Hall at time of booking. Deep pressure massage, detox treatments or hot stones are not available during any stage of pregnancy.
• Massage is not suitable for any members undergoing any treatments for cancer including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and/or various medications. If in remission, massage is suitable after 12 months and with a suitable doctors note.
• Not suitable for those with inflamed back injury, any recent injuries, broken bones or had surgery.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: 20m heated pool, sauna & steam room, gym.
• Please note: 12noon - 2pm is adults only swim time, spa snug and relaxation room are also adults only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Option 3 includes afternoon tea which is served between 1pm – 3pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and halal options available; please discuss at time of booking.
• Includes a 20% discount for additional treatments booked for the same day as the voucher is used; these treatments can be pre booked prior to arrival.
• Includes a 20% discount for food and beverages purchased on the day between 10am & 5.30pm; subject to availability,
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
