Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 11 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 12noon, late check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a £22.50pp dinner spend on the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 3 people per table. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child under 12yrs old permitted on a B&B basis for a supplementary charge of £15; payable direct.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
