• Option 1 and 2 (spa & gym pass) voucher is valid until Mon 29 Apr 2019, 7 days, 9am – 10pm; subject to availability.
• Option 3 and 4 (twilight tea and pass) voucher is valid until Mon 29 Apr 2019, Mon – Thur spa: 9am – 1pm & 4pm – 8pm, and twilight tea: 12noon – 10pm)
• Excludes 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 6 people per group and subject to availability.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Valid for one day spa and gym access, classes during allocated times and pool, heated relaxation room, steam room and sauna.
• Please note robes and slippers are not included.
• Option 3 and 4 includes twilight tea; menu is subject to change. Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each; can be replaced with a soft drink. Includes an Ishga Salt & Oil scrub gift each to take home; subject to change.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
