• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Thur 30 Jan 2020, Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm or 2pm – 6pm and Sun 2pm – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 25 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 10 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a choice of treatment from: express facial; shoulder, neck and scalp massage; deep tissue massage, frangipani scrub or food treatment; file & polish for fingers or toes; subject to change.
• Members who are pregnant must be over 14 weeks before any massage treatments can be carried out. Suitable oils can be used with members who are currently breastfeeding. Please discuss suitability with spa at time of booking. Deep pressure massage, detox treatments or hot stones are not suitable at any stage of pregnancy. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in less than 12 months remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins; 2 x 25min treatments each.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes afternoon tea only with tea or coffee and a mocktail each; menu is subject to change. Served between 12noon - 4.30pm.
• Includes leisure access including relaxation room, swimming pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room, heated loungers and experience showers.
• Towels are included. Robes and slippers are an additional £7 per person; payable directly to spa.
• Members will receive a 20% discount on any additional treatments purchased on the day.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
