• Options 1 & 3: Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, Tue - Fri, treatments available 11am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Options 2 & 4: Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, Tue - Fri, treatments available 11am – 5pm, lunch: 12noon - 2pm, afternoon tea: 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays plus 14 Feb, 22 Mar and 9 - 12 Apr 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.
• Includes a 60 minute treatment from the following: Natura Bisse Skin Comfort Facial, Citrus Essence Facial, Lomi Juma Full Body Massage or Sweet Dreams Full Body Massage; subject to change.
• Please note treatments will be carried out in the salon in main Hall building. Spa access is not included within this package, but can be purchased for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Options 2 & 4 includes afternoon tea each, both options include a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. View afternoon tea menu here; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
