• Options 1 & 2 (midweek): Voucher is valid from Fri 29 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, Mon - Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun and 25 Dec 2019.
• Options 3 & 4 (weekend): Voucher is valid from Sat 30 Nov 2019 until Sun 29 Dec 2019, Sat & Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon – Fri.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Group bookings are permitted; max of 8 will be seated on several low lounge tables; subject to availability.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Festive afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available however the hotel is not a free from environment. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a 125ml glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted. A separate children's festive afternoon tea is available; payable separately.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
