Tuck into Prosciutto ham, salami, Manchego cheese, mozzarella, marinated olives and dressed rocket leaves for a tasty accompaniment to the lovely bottle of house wine you’ll be sharing to wash it all down with. Blythswood Square Salon
Accessed via the hotel’s magnificent chandelier adorned staircase, The Salon is the lap of luxury smack bang in the heart of Glasgow. Plush seating, glittering silverware and old-fashioned grandeur combine with an eclectic modern menu and a genuinely welcoming ambiance to make it a special setting for leisurely catch ups and after-work treats.
