Other benefits include a strengthened immune system, enhanced detoxification processes and reduced tension. The thermal experience will soothe, relax and detoxify your body from head to toe leaving you both invigorated and relaxed with a journey which will include the sauna, saunarium, the crystal steam room, a tepidarium, the hydro pool and much, much more.

- Options 1, 2 & 4 vouchers are valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Mon 24 Dec 2018, Mon - Fri 7am - 10pm; subject to availability. Limited availability on Friday. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
- Options 3 & 5 voucher are valid from Sat 6 Oct 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, Sat & Sun 7am – 9pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Fridays.
- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Please note limited spaces for each day; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Groups can be booked together for thermal experience, however not for Ishga seaweed bath, subject to availability.

- Thermal suite is suitable for use for individuals who are breastfeeding. For cancer sufferers / those who are in remission or for those with high blood pressure or pregnant; please contact the spa directly for more information on thermal experience use.
- Treatment duration: Thermal experience is max 3hrs; Ishga seaweed bath is approx 30 mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Breakfast, 2 course lunch or afternoon tea served in spa area. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.
- Options 1, 3, 4 & 5 includes a glass of Prosecco per person.
- Includes full access to thermal experience.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
