• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2024 until Thu 28 Mar 2024, 7 days, 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note that rasul bookings are on the hour only.
• Excludes 10-14 Feb & 10 Mar 2024.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per couple is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 14 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Members should seek GP consent prior to treatments if suffering from cancer or in remission
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins followed by a 2 hour hydro and thermal experience. Please note that rasul is self-applied, not by a therapist.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
