• Voucher is valid until Sun 28 Aug 2016, Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat & Sun 9am-7pm; subject to availability.
• £15 supplement per person for Sat & Sun bookings.
• Excludes Fri 1 Aug 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 7 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please book at least 72 hours in advance of your preferred date.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Members are advised to arrive at least 30 mins prior to their treatment time.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 8 people per group.
• Not all treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding - please ask spa for suitable treatments.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatment duration:  approx. 25mins. All treatments include preparation and consultation time.
• Robes and slipper hire included.
• Members can receive an additional 30% discount on any treatments purchased on the day of visit, 20% off Spa Boutique items purchased on the day, 30% off afternoon tea and 30% off dinner in La Cucina.
• Treatment is suitable for both male and females.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
