With today’s deal you and a companion can settle in for a 5* three course meal at the Morblas Seafood and Grill restaurant, choosing from the Market Menu.
To begin, choices include Scottish smoked salmon with pickled shallot and parsley mayonnaise or confit duck leg terrine with burnt coconut, pineapple and bean sprout salad along with a fresh soup of the day. Mains follow in a perfectly executed, cutting edge style with pan fried monkfish and Israeli cous cous, butternut risotto and roast chicken breast with root vegetables, pomme dauphines and red wine jus. For dessert, it’s indulgence from every angle with apple tarte tatin, sticky toffee, chocolate fondant with pear sorbet or vanilla crème brûlée.
