Small print

• Option 1 voucher is valid from Thur 1 Mar 2018 until Mon 7 May 2018, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Thur 1 Mar 2018 until Mon 7 May 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Both options exclude 29, 30 Mar and 1 - 4 Apr 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Option 1: multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Option 2: multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin standard room available; Glen, Bachelor and East rooms.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes 5 course tasting menu on the first night only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Tables are required back within 2hrs - 2hrs 30mins during busy periods.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children ages 18months and under (in a cot) stay free, ages over 18months - 11 years require a supplementary charge of £55 per night inc high tea and breakfast, ages 12 and over are £120 per night including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night in addition to upgraded room supplement: South, Pond and Churchill; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
