• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Feb 2017 until Sun 30 Apr 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 4 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher code will be required when booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins.
• Treatment can be upgraded to 55 minutes for an additional supplementary charge of £25; payable directly to spa.
• Afternoon tea includes savoury selection, scones, clotted cream, strawberry preserve, assorted patisseries, and tea selection from the tea sommelier’s trolley.
• Includes 25% off any additional treatments; payable directly to spa.
• Please note: The link corridor between the main hotel and Spa is currently closed to allow refurbishment work to be carried out. To ensure of no inconvenience, a shuttle bus will be available to transport you from the main hotel entrance to the spa and back whenever required.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
