• Midweek voucher is valid from Mon 2 Mar 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, Mon – Thur 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Weekend voucher is valid from Fri 6 Mar 2020 until Sun 26 Apr 2020, Fri - Sun 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability. Please note very limited availability on 22nd March and 12th April.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 2 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only served in the Grand Hall.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hrs.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
