• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2017 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 26 Jan, 10, 11, 14, 25 Feb, 11, 18, 24, 25 Mar 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Double or twin deluxe room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; under 5’s stay free and under 16’s require a supplementary charge of £30, includes breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 small dogs in spa wing only.
• Please discuss any health concerns regarding the spa directly with hotel when booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
