Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Fri 30 Nov 2018, 7 days, 10am - 6.30pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £25 per person is required for Fridays – Sundays bookings; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1: max of 4 vouchers per person.

Option 2: max of 2 voucher per person.

Over 18’s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Treatment is not suitable for those who have high blood pressure. If suffering from any medical conditions, please consult your doctor prior to arrival.

Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins; treatment times are inclusive of consultation and aftercare.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment as treatment times cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Spa lunch includes soup and a choice of sandwich or salad and will be served in the spa café; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise at time of booking.

Includes use of leisure facilities: swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and relaxation room.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
