• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Oct until Sun 31 Dec 2023, Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note: last treatment time available is 5pm.
• Excludes Fri-Sun and 25-26 Dec 2023..
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups of more than 2 people cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 people per group; subject to availability.
• Over 16s only. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins. Includes a calming back cleanse, hot stone back, neck & shoulder massage plus a scalp massage. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 85 mins. Includes full body exfoliation, back neck & shoulder massage, express facial plus a scalp massage.. Includes 2 courses from a set menu. Vegetarian options are available. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted. 
• Includes 2 hour leisure access.
• No wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
•  You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
•  Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
