• Voucher is valid from Sun 29 Oct 2017 until Thur 21 Dec 2017, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 2, 7, 8, 17th Nov 2017. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Please note the Kohler Waters Spa is currently closed for renovations. During this time there is a small cardio gym and limited treatments available; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 12noon.
• Double or twin Old Course Suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 includes an afternoon tea for two, served between 1pm and 4pm on either day. Menu includes a selection of delicate pastries and cakes, created by the hotel’s Pastry Chef, including homemade plain scones and strawberry and pink Champagne preserve; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Advance booking required, please advise dietary requirements and requested serving time at the time of booking.
• Option 2 includes a 9 hole round of golf on The Dukes course and a 45 min golf lesson for two. Over 16's only. Golf clothing and shoes must be worn; no denim or football shirts permitted, golf clubs can be hired for a supplementary charge; payable directly to the venue. Advance booking required; please advise your requested time at the time of booking.
• Max 2 children permitted; ages 3-15 years require a supplementary charge of £45 per child inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Old Course Suites inc a sofa bed to sleep 2 children.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
