Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Aug 2023 until Sun 22 Oct 2023, 7 days 10am - 3.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Junior session: Suitable for ages 8-12yrs. Must be accompanied by an adult. Max of 2 people per group,
• Adult sessions: Suitable for ages 13yrs+. Max of 6 people per group.
• Please note that the junior and adult courses are separate; it may not be possible to allow families to travel on the same course.
• Duration approx. 60 mins.
• Adequate clothing for the weather must be worn.
• Weather dependent.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
