Small print

• Abseil voucher is valid from Thur 4 Jan 2018 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Mon - Fri 7pm - 8pm and 9pm - 10pm, Sat & Sun 11am - 12noon, 12noon - 1pm, 2pm - 3pm, 3pm - 4pm and 5pm - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Rock climbing and bouldering auto belay voucher is valid from Thur 4 Jan 2018 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Mon - Fri 6pm - 7pm and 8pm - 9pm, Sat & Sun 10am - 11am, 1pm - 2pm and 4pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 4 days of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Minimum age to participate 7yrs; minimum age to include life registration to allow future visits 16yrs.
• Induction lasts 30 mins, after which, registered adults ages 18+ may continue climbing for as long as they wish; ages 18+ may sign in two under 18’s as their guests, so they can continue to climb after the instructed session and assessments are complete.  
• Max of 6 people per session and minimum of 2.
• Rock climbing auto belay and bouldering voucher includes free registration for over 16's and can return at anytime to climb; subject to standard admission cost.
• Not suitable during pregnancy or those with a heart complaint or spinal injury.
• Please advise instructor of any health concerns prior to session.
• No height / weight restrictions; max waist size for safety harness is 52 inches.
• Recommended clothing: loose fitting sports clothing (not wide ankle).
• Reasonable general fitness required; if in doubt, please ask your doctor.
• Please note all equipment hire is provided and everyone is fully supervised by trained instructors.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
