A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard twin/double loch or garden view room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room - £15, Earn Suite - £20;payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

No children permitted.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

General: 

Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Includes a 6 course tasting menu; subject to change, menu changes weekly. Please note there are no vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available. Max 2 vouchers per table.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
