• Sphering session:
  - Valid from Fri 22 Jul 2016 until Fri 30 Sep 2016, Fri - Mon, 9.30am - 5pm (last session); subject to availability.
  - Excludes Tuesday – Thursday.
  - Duration approx. 30 minutes total. Session lasts approx 20 - 30 seconds per run (includes 2 runs).
  - Min age: 12yrs.
  - Min height: 4ft 6, max height: 6ft 2.
  - Max weight: 14 stone.
  - Min 2 participants, max 16 participants.
• Kayak or canoe session:
  - Valid from Sat 23 Jul 2016 until Sun 25 Sep 2016, Sat & Sun plus bank holidays: 8 & 29 Aug, 2pm only; subject to availability.
  - Excludes Monday – Friday. 
  - Duration approx. 3 - 4 hours, depending on ability of the group (including travel).
  - Min age: 14yrs when accompanied by a participating adult.
  - No height / weight restrictions.
  - Min 8 participants, max 14 participants. 
  - Members should bring shorts or leggings, old t-shirt, water proof jacket and trousers. Buoyancy aids are provided.
• Canyoning session: 
  - Valid from Sat 23 Jul 2016 until Sun 25 Sep 2016, Sat & Sun plus bank holidays 8, 29 Aug, 10am and 1pm; subject to availability. 
  - Excludes Monday – Friday.
  - Duration approx. 2 - 3 hours depending on group size (including travel)  
  - Min age: 14yrs accompanied by a participating adult.
  - Max weight: 18 stone.
  - Min 12 participants, max 20 participants.
  - Members must be able to swim. 
  - Member should bring: towel, swim suit, old trainers (you are happy to get wet), spare pair of trainers to change into, warm clothing to change into.
  - Action Adventure Activities provide you with wet suits (feel free to bring your own!), buoyancy aids and helmets. 
• Valid for all options: 
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Members must have moderate level of fitness.
• Please advise Action Adventure Activities of any pre-existing injuries / health concerns when booking.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• Activities are weather dependent for safety reasons.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
