Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Apr until Fri 30 Sep 2022; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid for Wednesday or Friday arrivals. Excludes Sat - Tue and Thu arrivals.
• Option 2: Valid for Friday arrivals only. Excludes Sat - Thu arrivals.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Bookings can be changed up to 4 weeks prior to arrival; changes 2-4 weeks before arrival will incur a £40pp supplementary charge, payable direct. Bookings cannot be cancelled/changed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Security deposit of £50pp is required upon booking; payable directly.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Stay:
• Valid for a glamping tent. Max of 4 occupants per tent. Extra spaces can be added for a supplementary charge of £99 for option 1 and £159 for option 2; payable directly.
• Bedding is provided. Towels and toiletries are not provided; please bring your own.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 12noon. Late check-in/out will be charged at £10ph which will be deducted from deposit.
• Guests are requested to keep noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm with no campfire or BBQ remaining lit beyond 11pm.
• No wetsuits allowed in tents
• Reception area is open from 9am - 5pm.
• Activities: 
• Includes 2 activities choosing from target sports, paddle sports (Paddle sports includes all 3 of Canoe, Kayak & Paddle Board) or climbing & abseiling. Max weight for climbing/abseiling 18stone.
• Option 2: Includes an additional activity choosing from gorge walking & river tubing, canyoning ,quad biking or 4x4 driving.  
• Activity duration between 1-2 hours per session and depending on group size.
• Moderate level of fitness required.
• Not suitable during pregnancy; please discuss any pre-existing health concerns or injuries when booking.
• Clothing requirements will be confirmed in an email from Action Adventure Activities. Specialist equipment such as wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and other equipment will be provided.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount. Paddle boarding is suitable for ages 5+. Children must be over 8 to take part in all other activities. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
