• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Nov 2021 until Fri 24 Dec 2021, Mon - Sat 12.30pm - 4pm and Sun 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 25 Nov 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1: Includes 125ml glass of fizz each.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of fizz to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
