• Valid Sun - Fri: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Apr 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, Sun - Fri 12:30pm - 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays. 
• Valid Saturdays: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Sat 24 Jun 2023, Saturday 12:30pm - 4pm only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of fizz each OR bottle of fizz to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
