Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Oct 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days, 11am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2018, 1, 7, 8 9, 10 Jan and 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Option 1: max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Option 2: max of 1 voucher per table.
• Afternoon tea only.
• A glass of Prosecco can be added for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
