• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Tue 31 May 2022, valid 7 days, 12noon - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6, 17, 22, 23 Apr, 7, 23, 28 & 31 May 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• Please note that card details are required to secure your reservation. A fee of £20 will be charged for tables that cancel within the policy or do not show.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person.
• Max of 5 vouchers / 10 people per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten/wheat free options.
• Includes unlimited tea or coffee.
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
