• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Aug 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, Mon – Fri 12noon - 4pm, Sat 12noon – 1pm and Sunday sittings at 12noon, 12.15pm, 12.30pm, 2pm, 2.15pm and 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only; includes an assortment of warm savouries, selection of finger sandwiches, home-baked scones served with jam and cream, fresh baked cakes and pastries.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No vegan, gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2 includes 125ml glass of Champagne each.
• Option 3 includes a bottle of Champagne to share.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a draught soft drink.
• Table required back after 2hrs.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
