Award-winning meal for two

The Red Leaf kitchens are headed up by Chef Jamie Walker, whose experience in London’s Dorchester Hotel, Mosimann’s restaurant and Cameron House Hotel has combined to make his current venture an award-winning success.

Using the best of Scotland’s seasonal larder, his creations are fresh and innovative and takes on the traditional; starters include new season asparagus tortelloni and crisp fried haggis bon bons with Arran mustard and whisky dip, followed by mains such as smoked haddock risotto with soft poached egg, and soy and ginger roasted pork loin amongst an array of other enticing options.

You’ll also be served a bottle of wine to share with your meal.
