• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Oct 2017 until Thur 30 Nov 2017, Mon & Tue 9am - 5.30pm, Wed 9am - 9pm, Thur & Fri 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and Sunday.
• Please note, limited availability on Thursday and Friday; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Groups can be booked with multiple vouchers and receive treatment at the same time, max 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.  
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hrs 15mins.
• Valid for level 1 & 2 stylist; can be upgraded to a senior stylist for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.
• Voucher does not include colour correction.
• Patch test required for colour option. Please discuss and arrange directly with the salon.
• Colour appointment can be upgraded for a supplementary charge to full or half head of highlight or full head permanent colour; please discuss directly with salon when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
