• Voucher is valid from 2nd Nov until 31 Dec 2015; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 30 Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Valid for Nov: Tues-Wed 9am-5.30pm, Thurs-Fri 9am-4.30pm, Sat 8.30am-11.30am.
• Valid for Dec: Mon-Wed 9am-5.30pm, Thurs-Fri 9am-4.30pm, Sat 8.30am-11.30am.
• Excludes Mondays in Nov and 25 and 26 Dec.
• One voucher can be redeemed per customer; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Duration option one - approx 45 mins, option two - approx 2hrs 15 mins.
• Semi permanent colour / Regrowth colour / T-Bar highlights available.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for sufferers of cancer or those in remission.
• Groups can be booked with multiple vouchers and receive treatment at the same time, max 2, subject to availability.
• Stylist can be upgraded to Creative Director with supplementary charge of £20 for cut, £50 for cut and colour.
• Colour appointment can be upgraded to full or half head permanent colour or highlights for a supplementary fee, please discuss directly with the salon.
• Patch test required for colour option.  Please discuss and arrange directly with the salon.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
