Small print

• Pottery painting: Voucher is valid until Sun 12 May 2024, Wed 10am - 5pm, Fri 10am - 5pm and 6:30pm - 8:30pm, Sat - Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Pottery workshop: Voucher is valid until Fri 10 May 2024, Fri 6:30pm only; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Apr 2024 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Pottery painting: Suitable for all ages. Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Handbuilding workshop: Suitable for ages 18+. Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Max of 20 people per session.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for a return session to paint your pottery; each extra pottery piece requires a supplement of £5 to paint. Clear glaze can be added free of charge.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note a small step is required to enter the venue.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
