Today’s itison deal is our favourite. Warm up to 4-course lunch for two plus coffees for just £10 or a 4-course dinner for two including coffee for just £21 at Ashoka Ashton Lane.

Four-courses
With today’s deal you can tuck into 4-courses kicking off with popadoms and spiced onions before choosing from a selection of starters including a veggie combo with veggie pakora, onion bhajis and samosas, chef’s platter with chicken/veggie pakora, kebabs and chicken chaat or a traditional prawn cocktail.
If you’ve opted for lunch you’ll move onto a classic curry of your choice with chicken or lamb with options including all the favourites such as Bhoona, Tikka Masala, Tikka Chasni or Korma, and there’s also the opportunity to tuck into Fish and Chips or a traditional Turkey Platter.
If you’ve opted for dinner your selection will include the above plus specials from the menu including Fish Changari in a masala sauce, Lamb Desi, the chef’s special Punjabi Sabji, Sirloin Steak and more.
You can then choose Christmas pudding and brandy sauce or a traditional Indian dessert of Gulab Jamin or Kulfi (Indian ice cream) each before finishing your meal with coffee and mints.
West End favourite
Located in the West End down the cobbled stones of Ashton Lane, Ashoka sits just off the bustling Byres Road and is part of one of Glasgow’s best loved curry families – recently awarded Restaurant Chain of the Year at The Food Awards Scotland 2014.
It’s a two minute walk from Hillhead Underground, and a hop, skip and dance down the lane from all of the West End’s favourite party spots - the perfect way to start your Christmas night out.

We wanted to roll back the years and return to the restaurant after a gap of 25 years. We weren't disappointed. Voucher was very good value. We had starters and main courses with a drink. Restaurant was busy but staff were well organised and efficient. We'll be back.
