• Voucher is valid until Thur 30 Nov 2017, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat 9am - 6pm and Thur 10am - 8.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for men and women.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Option 2 is not suitable for those with recent eye problems e.g. eye infections.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins; treatment will last up to 4 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins; treatment will last 6 – 8 weeks. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before treatment.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
